Blackberry named Launceston Mazda’s first Mazda Master Technician
Automotive Technician, Jay Blackberry, has recently been awarded the title of ‘Master Technician’ making him the first to achieve the Mazda Master Technician title at Launceston Mazda.
Jay has been working with Launceston Mazda for 9 years. During that time, he has completed many training modules with Mazda Australia in order to qualify as a Master Technician and has developed an extensive and in-depth automotive knowledge.
The Mazda Master Technician program is designed to develop the technical and diagnostic skills that are required to perform a high quality and efficient service on Mazda vehicles. The curriculum focuses on the technologies and systems essential to the Mazda brand - this includes SKYACTIV technologies, engine management, electrical systems, transmissions, and diagnostic skills. The goal of this dedicated training program is to provide Mazda customers with an efficient and high-quality service that could only be achieved with the input of a Mazda Master Technician.
With this increased skill level, Jay will assist Launceston Mazda to run a more productive and efficient workshop through his ability to perform correct and timely diagnosis on Mazda vehicles.
Congratulations to Jay on this fantastic achievement.
